Shareholders of Sun Art Retail Group Ltd. on May 9 reappointed KPMG to be the company's auditor, according to a regulatory filing.

The Hong Kong-based retailer also declared an annual dividend of 16 Hong Kong cents, down from 23 cents in fiscal 2017. The dividend will be paid no later than July 31 to shareholders of record May 16.
