Bank of America Corp. named Tony Bland managing director and market executive for Merrill Lynch Wealth Management for Washington, D.C., Patch.com reported.

Previously, Bland was managing director and market executive for Merrill Lynch in Fort Lauderdale, Fla.

Cherry Hill, N.J.-based TD Bank US Holding Co. appointed Steve Webb as a regional president for southern New England.

Most recently he was the New Hampshire commercial market president.

Toronto-Dominion Bank is the parent company of TD Bank.

Manitowoc, Wis.-based Bank First Corp. promoted Joshua Neeb, Brandon Suemnicht, John Mueller, Derek Klahn, Jeff Zimmerlee, Amanda Sitkiewitz, Colton Rabe and Scott Tuma.

Neeb and Zimmerlee were promoted to senior vice president, while Suemnicht, Mueller and Sitkiewitz will become vice presidents.

Klahn and Rabe were appointed assistant vice presidents, and Tuma was named card operations manager.

Additionally, Bank First added former Partnership Bank CFO and Chief Risk Officer Sue Loken to its team as chief risk officer. Bank First acquired Partnership Bank in July.

Norwich, N.Y.-based NBT Bancorp Inc. hired Angela Wolfe Kelley as general counsel and executive vice president.

Wolfe Kelley joins from Heartland Financial USA Inc., where she was senior vice president, deputy general counsel and corporate secretary.

BB&T Corp.'s Tennessee regional president, Christian Corts, will oversee the eastern Tennessee region from Knoxville after the merger of BB&T and SunTrust Banks Inc., the Memphis (Tenn.) Business Journal reported.

Additionally, SunTrust's Memphis leader, Johnny Moore, will oversee the western Tennessee region from Nashville.
