ICC International Q2 profit climbs 8.3% YOY

I.C.C. International Public Company Ltd said its normalized net income for the second quarter amounted to 90 satang per share, an increase of 8.3% from 84 satang per share in the year-earlier period.

Normalized net income, which excludes unusual gains or losses on a pre- and after-tax basis, was 263.0 million baht, an increase of 8.3% from 242.9 million baht in the year-earlier period.

The normalized profit margin rose to 8.6% from 8.1% in the year-earlier period.

Total revenue climbed on an annual basis to 3.07 billion baht from 2.99 billion baht, and total operating expenses increased from the prior-year period to 3.04 billion baht from 2.91 billion baht.

Reported net income increased 11.0% on an annual basis to 403.5 million baht, or 1.39 baht per share, from 363.4 million baht, or 1.25 baht per share.

As of Aug. 7, US$1 was equivalent to 35.16 baht.
