First Interstate BancSystem chief information officer resigns

Kevin Guenthner has resigned from First Interstate BancSystem Inc., where he is senior vice president and chief information officer.

The resignation takes effect March 23. It was not related to any disagreement with the company's operations, policies or practices, according to a regulatory filing.

First Interstate is the Billings, Mont.-based holding company of First Interstate Bank, which had $12.15 billion in assets at the end of 2017.
