Lion Point discloses 26% stake in Ditech Holding

Lion Point Master LP has disclosed a 26.2% stake in Ditech Holding Corp., representing beneficial ownership of 1,443,687 common shares.

Ditech Holding was known as Walter Investment Management Corp. prior to the company's bankruptcy. Lion Point received common shares, warrants and convertible preferred shares of Ditech as part of the bankruptcy, which converted Walter Investment Management securities into Ditech securities.

A filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission lists Didric Cederholm and Jim Freeman, founding partners and chief investment officers at Lion Point Capital LP, as reporting persons.
