Novita Healthcare to change name to Tali Digital

Novita Healthcare Ltd. is changing its name to Tali Digital Ltd.

The Australian company said the name change highlights its flagship Tali software platform, which identifies and treats attention deficits in children.

The company will also change its ticker symbol to TD1 from NHL on the Australian stock exchange, effective Dec. 30.

In September, the company raised A$2 million to help accelerate marketing of its Tali Detect, a game-based screening tool for assessing attention deficits in children.
