Kewaunee Scientific chairman to resign

Kewaunee Scientific Corp. said William Shumaker will resign as the company's chairman and as a board member, effective Jan. 31, 2019.

The company said Shumaker decided to step down due to personal reasons.

Statesville, N.C.-based Kewaunee Scientific Corp. designs, manufactures and installs laboratory, healthcare and technical furniture products.
