Banco Ripley Perú to issue 40M Peruvian soles in bonds

Banco Ripley Perú SA said it will make a bond issuance of up to 40.0 million Peruvian soles, expandable to 60.0 million soles.

The bonds will have a nominal value of 1,000.00 soles each and fall under the bank's fourth corporate bond program in the maximum amount of 250.0 million soles. The term is for two years and six months from the issuance date, and the annual rate is 3.125% based on a 360-day year.

The bonds will be placed Aug. 22 and issued Aug. 23.

As of Aug. 20, US$1 was equivalent to 3.38 Peruvian soles.
