Fitch upgrades, withdraws ratings on Linea Group Holding

Fitch Ratings on March 21 upgraded and withdrew its ratings on Italian utility Linea Group Holding SpA.

The ratings agency upgraded the company's long-term issuer default and senior unsecured ratings to BBB from BBB-, citing the strengthened ties between Linea Group and its parent A2A SpA.

Concurrently, Fitch withdrew the ratings for commercial purposes, saying it will stop providing public ratings coverage for Linea Group Holding.
