Draig to acquire 557-square-kilometer gold project near Bellevue

Draig Resources Ltd. secured a 45-day option to acquire the Yandal South gold project in Western Australia from Croft Mining Pty. Ltd. and Weebo Exploration Pty. Ltd.

The 557-square-kilometer project is located close to the company's Bellevue gold project, increasing Draig's land position in the area to over 1,400 square kilometers, according to the Dec. 4 release.

The option, covering six exploration licenses and an application, can be exercised by paying A$100,000 and issuing 3.0 million common shares, in addition to the A$20,000 option fee.
