S&P withdraws BlackRock Capital Investment rating

S&P Global Ratings, at BlackRock Capital Investment Corp.'s request, withdrew its BB+ issuer credit rating on the company.

The withdrawal comes after the rating agency's downgrade of the company Sept. 27.

The outlook was negative at the time of the withdrawal.
