Demire Deutsche Mittelstand to repurchase 2.875% senior notes due 2022

Demire Deutsche Mittelstand Real Estate AG plans to purchase for cash any and all of its outstanding 2.875% senior notes due 2022.

The offer, which commenced May 16, is scheduled to expire June 14 at 10 a.m. London time, unless extended or terminated earlier by the German real estate company.

The purchase price will be equivalent to 101% of the aggregate principal amount of notes, as well as any accrued and unpaid interest.

The notes have a €400.0 million principal amount outstanding.
