Equinix prices €750M debt offering

Equinix Inc. priced its €750 million offering of senior notes due March 15, 2024, for roughly €740.6 million in net proceeds.

Interest on the notes will be payable semiannually at 2.875% per annum.

The data center company expects the offering to close March 14 and plans to use the net proceeds for general corporate purposes and for potential acquisitions and strategic transactions.

Barclays, HSBC and ING are the joint global coordinators and joint book-running managers. BofA Merrill Lynch, Citigroup, Goldman Sachs & Co. LLC, J.P. Morgan, MUFG, RBC Capital Markets, TD Securities and Wells Fargo Securities are the book-running managers. BNP PARIBAS, Mizuho Securities, Morgan Stanley, PNC Capital Markets LLC, Scotiabank, SMBC Nikko and US Bancorp are the co-managers.
