Zhongyuan Bank shareholder representative supervisor resigns

China's Zhongyuan Bank Co. Ltd. said Zhao Ming resigned as shareholder representative supervisor, effective Jan. 17.

Zhao resigned to concentrate on other business commitments, the bank said the same day.

The board nominated Pan Xinmin as external supervisor. He has been a senior researcher of Henan Songshan Think Tank since November 2018.

Pan's appointment is subject to shareholders' approval.
