Bank of New York Mellon Corp. appointed Nancy Reyda COO of technology and Joseph Sieczkowski head of technology architecture and data.

Reyda joins the company from Bank of America Corp., where she was head of transformation and change, business management, and risk and controls. Sieczkowski, meanwhile, previously was senior managing director and chief architect for TIAA.
