Barings sells West Hollywood, Calif., apartment property for $103M

Barings sold the 166-unit Domain WeHo apartment complex in West Hollywood, Calif., for $103 million, The Real Deal reported, citing property records.

The buyer of the six-story property at 7141 Santa Monica Blvd. was DWS Group.

The property was developed by Trammell Crow Residential, which acquired the land for $13.6 million in 2013, according to the publication.

DWS confirmed the transaction, while Barings could not be reached for comment, The Real Deal noted.
