Singapore's Temasek Holdings (Pte.) Ltd. plans to issue S$400 million of five-year bonds, with an option to upsize the offer to S$500 million.
The notes, which will mature in 2023, will be issued under unit Temasek Financial (IV) Pvt. Ltd.'s S$5 billion guaranteed medium-term note program, the company said Oct. 16. The issue price of the bond offering is intended to be S$1,000.
The offer includes a placement to institutional, accredited and other specified investors, and a public offer tranche that will be open to retail investors in Singapore.
As of Oct. 15, US$1 was equivalent to S$1.38.
