NMI Holdings Inc. Executive Vice President and CFO Glenn Farrell plans to retire July 31.

Adam Pollitzer will succeed Farrell as executive vice president and CFO, effective May 2, when Farrell will step down as CFO but will remain executive vice president and chief accounting officer until his retirement.

Pollitzer joins from J.P. Morgan Securities LLC, where he most recently was a managing director in the company's corporate and investment banking division.
