Martin Houston will retire as a nonexecutive director of Bupa, effective Dec. 31.

Houston will continue as a nonexecutive director on the Bupa Arabia For Cooperative Insurance Co. board.


Sony Financial Holdings Inc. appointed Hiroyuki Tsubota as executive officer of its general affairs department and the human resources department, effective Jan. 1, 2020.

Tsubota is currently director of human resources and general affairs at Sony Marketing Inc. and in charge of the financial business project at Sony Corp.
