San Diego-based Bank of Southern California NA named Executive Vice President Tony DiVita chief banking officer.

DiVita, who joined the company in 2011, is now responsible for the coordination and management of the entire loan process. He will continue to supervise new business origination and customer retention efforts, the Small Business Administration group and bank marketing.
