Judith Docter is retiring as chief human resources officer of Associated Banc-Corp, effective March 15.

The Green Bay, Wis.-based bank named Angie DeWitt as Docter's successor, effective on the same day.

DeWitt, who was previously deputy chief human resources officer, retains her position as executive vice president.
