Howard Hughes, partner sell Ariz. retail development

Howard Hughes Corp. and Park West LLC sold the 46-acre Park West retail development in Peoria, Ariz., to CIRE Investments LLC.

The property went for roughly $34.5 million, according to the Phoenix Business Journal.

The transaction covers the open-air retail complex and 18 acres of land, but not the Vue Park West apartment complex that is also part of the Park West development.
