Frasers Property looking to sell Sydney hotel for A$50M

Frasers Property Australia Pty. Ltd. is looking to sell its planned Atura Edmondson Park Hotel in Western Sydney for around A$50 million, The Australian Financial Review reported.

The proposed four-star, 167-room hotel, part of the wider Ed Square Town Center project in Edmondson Park, is slated for completion in 2020.

If the company is unable to sell the asset, it may reconsider building it, the publication said, citing CBRE's Rob Cross, who is marketing the property.
