Tyson Foods declares regular quarterly dividend

Tyson Foods Inc. said Aug. 9 that its board declared a quarterly dividend for shares of the company's class A and class B common stock.

The U.S. packaged meat producer said it will pay a dividend of 37.50 cents per share on the company's class A common stock and 33.75 cents per share on its class B common stock.

The dividends are payable Dec. 13 to shareholders of record as of Nov. 29.
