Conagra completes sale of Direct Store Delivery snacks unit to Utz

Chicago-based packaged food producer Conagra Brands Inc. on Oct. 21 completed the sale of its Direct Store Delivery snacks business to Utz Quality Foods LLC.

Financial terms of the transaction were not disclosed.

The transaction includes Tim's Cascade Snacks, Hawaiian Snacks, Erin's, Snyder of Berlin and Husman's brands, according to the release.

Conagra acquired Direct Store Delivery through its purchase of Pinnacle Foods Inc. in 2018.
