TBC Bank launches point-of-sale consumer network in Uzbekistan

TBC Bank Group PLC launched a point-of-sale consumer financing trial in Uzbekistan.

The Georgian lender will offer customers financing for the purchase of consumer products mainly in the electronics and furniture markets. The group aims to expand the network to 15 locations by January 2020-end, with a target of up to 50 locations by the end of 2020.

TBC Bank noted the move is part of its international strategy to expand and build its presence in Uzbekistan.
