Cobalt 27 starts trading on OTCQX Best Market

Cobalt 27 Capital Corp. is now trading on the OTCQX Best Market under the symbol CBLLF, according to an Oct. 9 release.

The company is in the process of securing eligibility from Depository Trust Company, which manages electronic clearing and settlement of publicly traded companies, for its common shares.

Chairman and CEO Anthony Milewski said trading on the OTCQX will allow Cobalt 27 to expand its U.S. shareholder profile and expose its cobalt and nickel assets to a broader group of investors.

The company's shares will continue to trade on the TSX Venture Exchange under the symbol KBLT, and on the Frankfurt Stock Exchange under the symbol 27O.

Cobalt 27 also announced the retirement of John Kanellitsas from the board, in order to focus his efforts as executive vice chairman of Lithium Americas Corp.
