Gespeg Copper Resources Inc. said Feb. 2 that the Sullipek copper-molybdenum porphyry deposit, part of its Vortex copper project, contains inferred mineral resources of 2.24 million tonnes grading 1.09% copper for 24,400 tonnes of copper.
The company said that the mineral resource model was prepared using 349 historical drill holes, where three main copper mineralized envelopes were defined.
The Sullipek deposit contains seven contiguous claims covering an area of 216.54 hectares within the Vortex project, which comprises 130 claims covering an area of 68 square kilometers.
