IDBI Bank makes board changes

IDBI Bank Ltd. said that the Indian government appointed Sudhir Shyam as a government nominee director on the bank's board, effective May 14.

Shyam, who is a director of the Finance Ministry's Department of Financial Services, replaces Praveen Garg in the role.

In addition, Ninad Karpe and S. Ravi resigned as independent directors, effective May 11 and May 12, respectively.
