Inolife Technologies to change name as part of business shift to cryptocurrency

Inolife Technologies Inc. plans to change its name to Bitcoin Generation Inc., a move in line with the Irvine, Calif.-based company's change of business.

The company said its legal counsel filed the required documents with the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority Inc. The name change usually takes 10 days to process.

The request for a name change follows the company's merger with Bitcoin Generation. The merged entity specializes in the development of blockchain application and cryptocurrencies.

The company, which formerly developed drug delivery products, will also change its symbol and Committee on Uniform Security Identification Procedures code. Inolife's shares are traded on the OTC Pink.

Meanwhile, Inolife said holders of its shares do not need to tender their shares as part of the changes.
