Iida Group Holdings Co. Ltd. said its normalized net income for the fiscal third quarter ended Dec. 31, 2014, came to ¥28.45 per share, a decline of 84.0% from ¥177.54 per share in the year-earlier period.
Normalized net income, which excludes unusual gains or losses on a pre- and after-tax basis, was ¥8.20 billion, a gain of 61.8% from ¥5.07 billion in the prior-year period.
The normalized profit margin fell to 2.7% from 6.0% in the year-earlier period.
Total revenue rose on an annual basis to ¥298.40 billion from ¥84.38 billion, and total operating expenses rose on an annual basis to ¥284.35 billion from ¥75.72 billion.
Reported net income grew 17.6% year over year to ¥7.40 billion, or ¥25.65 per share, from ¥6.29 billion, or ¥220.18 per share.
As of Feb. 12, US$1 was equivalent to ¥118.90.
