Hospitality Property seeks amendments to 2B South African rand debt program

Hospitality Property Fund plans to amend some terms and conditions on the bonds it issued under a 2.00 billion South African rand, medium-term note program.

The company is seeking bondholders' approval for the amendments, including increasing the debt program to 5.00 billion rand and changing applicable pricing supplements relating to the notes. Hospitality Property expects to receive consents on or before April 25 at 5 p.m., Johannesburg time.

As of April 7, US$1 was equivalent to 13.81 South African rand.
