Houlihan Lokey Inc. has added to its financial technology investment banking team with the hires of Rob Freiman and Kegan Greene, according to a company spokesperson.
Both were previously with GCA Advisors LLC and are directors with Houlihan. Freiman joined Houlihan in August and is based in New York. Greene joined the company in May and is based in San Francisco.
With GCA, Greene led the company's insurance technology effort. Before GCA, he worked with Raymond James Financial Inc. and William Blair & Co. LLC. Some of Greene's M&A assignments include advising on LendingTree LLC's acquisition of QuoteWizard.com LLC, ATTOM Data Solutions' sale to private equity investors Lovell Minnick Partners LLC and Monroe Capital LLC, and Worley Claims Services LLC's sale to Aquiline Capital Partners LLC.
Freiman has predominantly focused on payments and banking technology. Earlier in his career, Freiman was with Portico Capital Securities LLC and Citigroup Inc. Some of his assignments include working on Clearent LLC's sale to Advent International Corp., and Chicago Stock Exchange Inc.'s sale to Intercontinental Exchange Inc.
