Private equity firm Mentha Capital BV bought a stake in Dutch consulting firm Kader bureau voor kwaliteitszorg for an undisclosed sum.
Kader aims to broaden its service offering and boost its value proposition under the new partnership.
Current owners Nanko van Dijk and Roelof KleinJan will continue as shareholders of Kader and remain involved with the company's further expansion.
