FDIC gives 2 banks 'needs to improve' ratings

The Federal Deposit Insurance Corp. issued "needs to improve" ratings to Salem, Ore.-based Willamette Valley Bank and Oklahoma City-based Frontier State Bank for compliance with the Community Reinvestment Act.

The results were announced as part of the FDIC's June 2018 list of banks examined for CRA compliance.
