Fitch Ratings affirmed its B- long-term issuer default rating on Beazer Homes USA Inc. and changed the ratings outlook to stable from positive.
The rating agency said the homebuilder's rating takes into account the execution of its business model in the current housing environment, land policies and geographic diversity.
The outlook revision factors in Fitch's expectation that Beazer Homes' credit metrics are not likely to trend toward the agency's thresholds for a B issuer default rating in the next 12 to 24 months.
