CNB Bank selling Ohio branch to First Federal Community Bank

Clearfield, Pa.-based CNB Bank is selling one of its Ohio branches to Dover, Ohio-based First Federal Community Bank NA for a deposit premium of 8.0%.

The branch is at 7789 County Road 77 in Mount Hope, Ohio. It has around $6.5 million in deposits and $7.5 million in loans.

The deal is subject to regulatory approvals and is set to close on or before May 31.

CNB Bank is a unit of CNB Financial Corp. and First Federal is a unit of FFD Financial Corp.
