Farmland Partners reaffirms FY'18 earnings guidance

Farmland Partners Inc. reaffirmed its adjusted-funds-from-operations guidance for the full year at between 40 cents and 44 cents per share.

The farmland real estate investment trust also closed $26.8 million of farm acquisitions in the first quarter.

The S&P Capital IQ consensus AFFO-per-share estimate for the full year is 41 cents, with four analysts reporting.
