Beazer Homes USA Inc. amended an existing credit agreement to boost the maximum aggregate amount of commitments to $210 million from $200 million, among other changes.
The homebuilder said the amendment also extends the termination date to Feb. 15, 2021, from Feb. 15, 2020, and lowers the applicable margin by 50 basis points at each level.
Credit Suisse AG Cayman Islands Branch, Goldman Sachs Lending Partners LLC and Deutsche Bank AG New York Branch are the lenders.
