GSV Capital president/CFO resigns

William Tanona is stepping down from his roles as president, CFO, treasurer and secretary of GSV Capital Corp., effective June 12.

CEO Mark Klein will take on the additional role of president, effective June 12.

The board also appointed Allison Green to serve as senior vice president of finance, effective May 29, and treasurer and secretary, effective June 12. Prior to her appointments, Green was vice president of GSV Asset Management LLC and controller of the company.

Also, Michael Moe will transition to the role of chairman, effective May 29.
