DOXA Insurance acquires Illinois-based broker

Fort Wayne, Ind.-based DOXA Insurance Holdings LLC acquired Chatham Insurance Services Inc., a Schaumburg, Ill.-based errors and omissions insurance provider to the managed care industry.

The deal was valued at more than $10 million, Inside INdiana Business reported.

Jeff Stetson will stay on as leader of Chatham Insurance, which will retain its name.

DOXA Insurance is a private equity fund that acquires small- to medium-sized managing general agents.
