Altyn estimates maiden resources, reserves for Teren-Sai gold-silver project

Altyn PLC on Oct. 15 published maiden mineral resource and ore reserve estimates for the Teren-Sai project in Kazakhstan, based on exploration drilling and historical drilling data.

The project's total proven and probable ore reserves were 16.4 million tonnes at 2.74 g/t gold and 4.54 g/t silver for 1.45 million ounces of gold and 2.40 million ounces of silver, while total measured and indicated resources were 15.8 million tonnes at 2.91 g/t gold and 4.81 g/t silver for 1.48 million ounces of gold and 2.45 million ounces of silver.

The company also estimated an exploration target of 9.3 million tonnes at 3.46 g/t gold for 1.03 million ounces of gold, with no estimation for silver.
