Sun Hung Kai Properties (Capital Market) issues US$500M of notes

Sun Hung Kai Properties Ltd.'s Sun Hung Kai Properties (Capital Market) Ltd. issued US$500 million of 2.875% guaranteed notes under its US$7 billion debt instrument program.

The issuer filed an application with the Hong Kong stock exchange for the notes' listing, which is expected to take effect on or around Jan. 22, according to a Jan. 21 filing.

HSBC, Bank of China, DBS Bank Ltd., Mizuho Securities and SMBC Nikko Capital are acting as joint book runners and joint lead managers of the offering.
