Airbus SE's CFO Harald Wilhelm has decided to step down in 2019, the company said, announcing the latest in a string of departures that has seen more than half of the aerospace giant's executive team renewed since 2017.
Wilhelm has served as CFO for six years. Airbus CEO Tom Enders is also retiring in the spring of 2019.
Earlier in 2018, COO Fabrice Brégier, chief salesman John Leahy and chief engineer Charles Champion also left the company.
Tom Williams, COO of the company's commercial aircraft division, and Didier Evrard, head of programs at the same division, are also expected to announce their retirement in the coming months, the Financial Times reported.
