HSBC issues $5.25B of international bonds

HSBC Holdings PLC issued three series of international bonds totaling $5.25 billion, Cbonds reported.

The bank issued a $2.00 billion, floating-rate bond that will mature in Sept. 11, 2021. The bond was sold at an issue price of 100%.

Also issued was a floating-rate bond worth $750.0 million and is due Sept. 12, 2026.

HSBC also issued a $2.50 billion bond carrying a coupon of 4.292% and will mature Sept. 12, 2026.

HSBC was the sole book runner on all the deals.
