Aphria Inc. completed the sale of its stake in Copperstate Farms LLC and Copperstate Farms Investors LLC.
In February, Liberty Health Sciences Inc. said it is acquiring Aphria (Arizona) Inc. and Aphria's minority stakes in Copperstate Farms and Copperstate Farms Investors for $20 million.
Canadian medical cannabis company Aphria said it realized a gain of about $8.8 million on the sale.
