Argentina's Banco Santander Río SA on Feb. 21 will offer 1.50 billion Argentine pesos of short-term bonds, expandable to 5.00 billion pesos, under a $1.50 billion global bond program.
The 12-month class XXII securities will be issued Feb. 23 and will carry a fixed rate to be determined after the offering.
As of Feb. 16, US$1 was equivalent to 19.67 Argentine pesos.
