Banco Invex to offer up to 344M Mexican pesos of trust certificates

Banco Invex SA Institución de Banca Múltiple INVEX Grupo Financiero said it will offer 110,080,000 trust certificates for a total amount of up to 344.0 million Mexican pesos.

The certificates will be issued Sept. 18 under a debt program for securities called certificados bursátiles fiduciarios de desarrollo, according to a filing.

The proceeds from the offering will be used to finance investments, the bank said.

As of Aug. 31, US$1 was equivalent to 19.18 Mexican pesos.
