Nigeria's Access Bank PLC will expand to three more African countries in 2019 as part of its five-year strategic plan, Footprint To Africa reported, citing the bank's executive director, Victor Etokwu.
Access Bank, which is merging with Diamond Bank PLC, did not specify the three African nations it plans to create a presence in, but added that it intends to have a franchise in Hong Kong before the end of June.
The lender has operations in Gambia, Ghana, Rwanda, Congo, Zambia and Sierra Leone.
