Starbucks Corp. announced Sept. 12 that it appointed three new directors to its board, expanding the number of its members to 13.
The coffee chain named Richard Allison, Domino's Pizza Inc. CEO; Andrew Campion, executive vice president and CFO at Nike Inc.; and Isabel Ge Mahe, Apple Inc.'s vice president and managing director of Greater China, as independent directors.
All appointments were effective Sept. 11.
